Recipe #1 - CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
4 egg yolks, gently beaten
1 cup sugar
a couple of cups table cream (18% milk fat)
1 0.5 cups dairy
1/2 cup cocoa natural powder (sifted)
two tsp natural vanilla remove
Beat egg yolks gently. Beat in sugar. Temperature the cream/milk on the range. As is actually heating, beat in powdered cocoa powder Full Automatic softy ice cream machine. 1 1/2 cups milk
6 tablespoons cocoa dust
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
3 over-ripe bananas
Drink of 1 citrus
Beat ova lightly. Defeat sugar in eggs. Melt chocolate in milk and cream. When ever chocolate partly melted, mix in cacao powder.
Continue stirring chocolate/cream mixture until hot but is not quite hot. Stir popular chocolate/cream mix in to ovum. Stir in vanilla draw out. Cool.
The moment ready to make, mash plums and lemon juice collectively
Make chocolates mixture in ice cream maker. Prior to ready, put banana mix.
Note: Employ good quality, *very* ripe plums. Otherwise the ice cream may have a strange flavour.
Recipe #3 - PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE DOUGH
2 c Milk
1 3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Sodium
2 c Half & Half
one particular tb Vanilla Extract
4 c To whip Cream
Pillsbury Chocolate Chip -- Cookie Cash (large size) - OR PERHAPS homemade dessert dough
Take those chocolate cookie dough out of refrigerator and rule out till needed. Scald dairy until pockets form about edge. Take away from high temperature. Add sweets and salt. Stir till dissolved. Blend in half and half, vanilla, and whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Get cold as aimed by your ice cream machine's instructions.
Once ice cream has been about the same ice cream machine method and is today a chilled soft ice cream, add the chocolate chip biscuit dough. Only break up the dough the best way you can along with your hands and drop that in tiny clusters into the soft ice cream.
